All payments must be received prior to the shipment of the purchased items. We accept major Gcash and Cash on Delivery payment methods as indicated at the checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee

If you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, please be aware that there will be an additional fee of 150 pesos for deliveries within the National Capital Region (NCR).

7. No Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of flowers. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the flowers you purchased are defective. If you receive defective flowers, please contact us immediately. Each claim is handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted due to the preparation and handling required for your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes or cancellations within the allowed time frame.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
